That’s got to cleanse us, especially at that hefty price tag!

The American Heart Association recommends a daily sugar maximum of 25 grams for women and 36 grams for men. In stark contrast, the sugar content in some popular juice cleanses can range from 75 grams to a staggering 200 grams of sugar. With all the negative press about juice cleanses, we should take a step back and consider how our bodies actually cleanse.
